This summer, two Blessed to be a Blessing weekends were sponsored by the Women’s Ministry Council for women of the diocese.
These one-day events focused on how we are blessed by our faith fore-mothers. By looking at women in the Bible, in culture, and in our own lives, attendees were empowered to live into the Way of Love. Nearly 30 women shared insights and ideas at the two events.
The ladies from Holy Spirit, Gallup were inspired to consider a new ministry of study and inspiration with one another. Attendees in Las Vegas came from Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Albuquerque. Their discussion focused on ways to be blessings to the women in our communities.
